Community WiFi (full-property) is a top-tier broadband internet service designed for apartment communities that offers exceptional performance, security, coverage, and value to each resident. With this service, WiFi is readily available to residents upon move-in, and no additional equipment or installation appointments are necessary. The network is expertly managed by Comunify's team using an on-site system that enables users to enjoy maximum speed.
The network is configured to offer download speeds of up to 300 Mbps, but the actual speeds experienced by users on WiFi may differ depending on a multitude of variables. Additionally, hardwire connections are possible, as well as higher speed tiers, including 500 x 500 Mbps and 1 Gig x 1 Gig.
The WiFi network is highly secure, with protected credentials and private connections. Devices on your personal resident network can communicate with each other without any other resident users being able to access or view your devices.
Community WiFi service is offered to all residents when they sign their lease, much like water, electricity, or trash service. While other providers may be available, residents have the option to subscribe to those providers. In any case, every resident is charged a nominal monthly fee for the standard Community WiFi service.
Typically, the monthly cost of Community WiFi service is more affordable than the non-promotional rates offered by most national providers. Moreover, residents are not required to purchase video bundles that include unnecessary services, which can cause prices to escalate.
Residents are only charged a single, low, and flat monthly service fee for high-speed Internet, and there are no concealed charges that are levied by national providers.
The WiFi Service charge is included with your rent statement each month. The commencement of your billing will be subject to the policy that you agreed to at the time of signing your lease. For any inquiries related to billing, kindly contact your leasing office.
Comunify's technical team operates 24/7 to oversee your distribution network and improve the user experience proactively. If residents have any questions or concerns, Comunify's customer service team is committed to addressing and resolving them promptly.
Community WiFi service does not offer a VPN client or solution. Nevertheless, if you possess a VPN solution from your school or workplace, Comunify's Secure Community WiFi can support it.
Your Community WiFi network has been crafted to enable unrestricted mobility throughout all residential structures and community areas on the property. However, certain areas in the community, such as the parking lot, may encounter signal loss due to obstructions or distance.

Your guests are welcome to connect through your community WIFI Service. Your guest can connect a device by selecting the network name “Comunify Secure WiFi”. They will need access to your secure password to complete the connection. Click HERE for additional instructions.

First, refer to the requirements and instructions found HERE. Next, you will need to contact the Router’s manufacturer for help with troubleshooting. You may find the manufacturer name by locating the data plate, usually found on the bottom of the router.
