First, you will need Activate your Community WiFi service. Please follow the instructions. Keep in mind, the email used for activation must EXACTLY match the one provided in your apartment lease. Once you receive your secure WiFi Password You can begin to connect all your devices.

1. You can initiate your activation by clicking HERE. You will receive an email from one of our reps (please note this could take up to 12 hours), indicating that your activation has been initiated and your password will be sent in a separate email within 1 day prior to move in.

2. Once your secure password has been received, you are all set. Now, head to the WiFi connection screen and choose your network name, Comunify Secure WiFi from the list of wireless options. You will be prompted to enter your password to gain access to your private, secure Internet connection you can use throughout the community.

3. Follow the process outlined in step #2 for all your devices (Smartphone, laptop, tablet, etc.) and enter your password to gain access to a private, secure Internet connection you can use throughout the community.
